Job Summary
As a Technical Delivery Manager in the GIPS - SBE Engagement sub-domain, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of infrastructure and application components on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in Unix/Linux, Oracle/MySQL, and middleware technologies, along with experience in managing technical teams and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Lead and guide technical teams in deploying, configuring, and optimizing RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka solutions.
Manage infrastructure and middleware performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, implementation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Provide technical oversight for Unix/Linux-based environments, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
Support incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for critical production issues.
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-9 years of experience in technical delivery, infrastructure management, and middleware platforms.
Strong expertise in Unix/Linux administration, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), and middleware technologies (JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka).
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex system deployments.
Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
