Job Description
Costing Management
- Update the Commercial Tracker and maintain accuracy of all financial records
- Prepare and update documents with costing information and share with Business/Market stakeholder
- Process Recharge Information Requests for completed costings and determine appropriate financial actions (recharge vs. reclassification)
- Prepare and send Costing Completed/Budget Approval Request communications and process subsequent actions
Tracking & Follow-up
- Proactively follow up with Business/Market stakeholders regarding cost approvals
- Monitor Change Requests through various stages including Recharge Information, Budget Approval, and completion
- Track Change Requests for milestone payments
- Maintain accurate records in the manual interchange tracking system
Year-End Accrual Process
- Identify Change Requests requiring accrual at year-end
- Coordinate with Business/Market stakeholders to collect accrual details
- Update finance team records with accrual information
- Process accrued Change Requests in the new fiscal year
Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience with ServiceNow, especially Change Management module
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work methodically with financial data and maintain accurate records
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Should have:
- ITIL certification
- Experience with purchase order processing and vendor management
- Experience with financial operations, cost tracking, or similar finance/accounting functions
