Job Title: Junior Developer (AML-TM – Actimize)
Domain: Compliance/ Comp tech

Sub-Domain: AML-TM (Anti-Money Laundering – Transaction Monitoring)
Years of Experience: Junior (L2, 3-5 years)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Developer to support Actimize Transaction Monitoring (AML-TM) on Solaris, Red Hat, and AIX environments. The role requires SQL/PLSQL expertise, problem analysis, issue resolution, and data integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to vendors.
  • Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts for data extraction and reports.
  • Work on data integration points (upstream, downstream, and reporting).
  • Develop and enhance Shell Scripting (ksh, perl, etc.) for automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders for problem analysis, resolution, and coordination

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • SQL/PLSQL – Intermediate proficiency for data extraction and reports.
  • Shell Scripting – ksh, perl, or other scripting languages.
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills – Ability to investigate and resolve issues before vendor escalation.
  • Data integration understanding – Experience working with upstream/downstream systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Actimize (RCM/ActOne, SAM, UDM) – Exposure to Actimize modules.
  • Java – Basic to intermediate development skills.
