Job Title: Junior Developer - Shared Platform (EWF)

Job Summary:
As a Junior Developer in the Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) team, you will develop and maintain BPM/Case Management solutions using Filenet, Java, and JavaScript. You will work with Oracle databases, support system enhancements, and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain BPM Solutions - Implement workflows and case management solutions using Filenet, BPM, and Java.
Database Management - Work with Oracle databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
System Support & Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve issues in IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, and BPM workflows.
Collaboration & Documentation - Work with business teams to understand requirements and document solutions.
Automation & Enhancements - Improve system performance and automate repetitive processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Mandatory: BPM/Case Manager, Filenet, Java, JavaScript, Oracle
Good-to-Have: IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, SQL, Java, Python, Linux
Operating System: Open Systems
