About the Program

This is a flagship and high-profile program in the Financial Services Industry and in Accenture. With a 60+ strong team from Strategy, Accenture Song Creative Studio and MarTech Operations that strategize, conceptualize, creative production and orchestrate the marketing campaigns across platforms to unlock incremental growth for the client.

Currently, the program is pivoting towards crafting data-driven lifecycle experiences for its customers and is ready to scale further.

Producer

To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a strong team member to join us on this exciting journey. The Producer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of our digital campaigns, managing all aspects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

This role requires a blend of creative problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive measurable results. The Producer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Description

  • Oversee the production process for digital campaigns from concept development to final delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns to product needs.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales teams, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects from conception to execution.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEM and SEO best practices for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and experience in maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
