Job Description
Key responsibilities
- First point of contact in the sales process
- Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
- Interface effectively with potential clients
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand.
- Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
- Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1 year experience of inside sales customer engagement outbound selling is a plus
- Excellent English (min.C1)
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations.
- An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
- A proactive team player who thrives in cross functional and fast paced environments
- Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience.
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political social situation regarding the relevant market region supported.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
- Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
