Manage delivery and quality of technology services across a contract or program
Ensure contracts or programs meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments
Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party partners to optimize performance
Qualifications
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
This person should have experience in:
1. Financial industries and experience in Managed Services
2. Have experience in leading a team managing/supporting different Financial applications, i.e. Oracle EBP/Fusion, IFRS17, SunGL, Prophet, etc
3. Have good understanding of the ITIL process , i.e. incident management, problem management, change request, enhancement management, release management, escalation management , etc.
4. Good stakeholder management
5. Have driven Continuous Improvement initiatives with tangible outcomes
6. Good at reporting
7. Open to be on-site at Client’s location working hybrid/full time depending on Client’s request. It is standard working hours but will be required to be on-call during peak periods, or for P1/P2 incidents.
Expert proficiency in Services Management
Advanced proficiency in Service Quality Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
We need this person to lead the team here in KL for L2 Service Management team, Release Management team and Cloud Infrastructure Mgmt team, comprising from 14-18 team members and working alongside the team in India to facilitate an effective service delivery to our Client.
