Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of solutions within the Channels & EAI sub-domain under the Core Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AS400 Channels & EAI platforms, team management, and host integration, coupled with a focus on delivering high-quality code and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead design, development, and delivery on the AS400 Channels & EAI platform.
2. Manage a development team, ensuring quality through code reviews and timely project delivery.
3. Oversee host integration with enterprise applications and risk mitigation.
4. Promote DevOps practices and leverage ALDON for deployment automation (Good-to-Have).
5. Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience: 6-9 years in technical delivery roles, with hands-on experience in AS400 Channels & EAI systems.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory:
o Proficiency in COBOL 400.
o Experience in host integration and system interfacing.
o Strong team management and code review capabilities.
Good to Have:
o Knowledge of DevOps practices.
o Familiarity with ALDON for automation in AS400 environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
