Job Title: Senior System Analyst - FRR (Financial Reporting & Risk)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team in the Financial Reporting & Risk (FRR) sub-domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing and optimizing complex data environments, with a focus on GDW (Global Data Warehouse) and data marts. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing, big data technologies, and advanced analytics to drive insights for financial and risk management.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Integration & Management: Oversee data integration using Cloudera, TeraData, AS400, and Informatica (BDM, IDQ, IDL) for seamless data flows.
2. Big Data & Analytics: Lead Cloudera tools (Spark, Hive, Kafka) and use QlikSense, Power BI, SAS, and Microsoft R for reporting and advanced analytics.
3. Database Management: Manage and optimize AS400 DB2, TeraData, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL for reporting and analytics.
4. System Design & Architecture: Design GDW and data mart architecture to support multi-platform data environments.
5. Automation: Implement automation with Jenkins, BitBucket, SonarCube, and Control-M for efficient data pipeline management.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Provide insights and reports to senior management, ensuring data analysis meets business needs.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 9 years in data management, analytics, and reporting roles, with hands-on experience in big data technologies and data warehousing.

Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Cloudera Hadoop (Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka) and TeraData (TD Studio, MDM, FSLDM/GCFR).
o Strong knowledge of Informatica (BDM, IDQ, IDL) for data integration.
o Expertise in AS400 RPG, Oracle SQL, and Microsoft R for custom scripting and data processing.
o Experience with QlikSense, Power BI, and SAS for reporting and analytics.
o Strong understanding of GDW, data marts, and data modeling.

  • Databases: Experience working with AS400 DB2, TeraData, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

  • Operating Systems: Proficient in AS400, AIX, Linux, and Windows.

  • Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, SonarCube, BitBucket, and Control-M for automation and CI/CD processes.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
