Job Description

THE WORK: Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Exciting challenges await you!

  • Manage delivery effort of program or service in accordance with project schedule and Service Level Agreement
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
  • Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments
  • Plan and manage staffing within a globally sourced delivery model
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes


HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce Platform
  • Advanced proficiency in Solution Enablement
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Advanced proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for Program Management
