THE WORK: You will be part of an amazing team, collaborating and managing to deliver exceptional results. As a key decision-maker, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to important decisions. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in providing solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration
Monitor systems and trends to improve performance and prevent incidents
Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments
Operate information technology production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Intermediate proficiency in Technology Architecture Implementation
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree
