Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users, you will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Process Design Mapping and Analysis, Business Process Analysis Tools, and other skills are recommended.
