Management Consultant (Consultant - Senior Manager level) - Banking

Work you will do
As a management consulting senior manager banking professional, you will provide your expertise on the intersection of business and technology to create client impact in the new digital world. We are looking for our future leaders today to help leading banks to shape their digital strategy and business transformation and help them on their journey to become more sustainable and stay relevant for their customers. Underpinned by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent and sustainability capabilities, our Strategy & Consulting services help architect and accelerate all aspects of an organization’s total enterprise reinvention. As part of the team, you will be working with some of the biggest Financial Institutions in Southeast Asia with a variety of project opportunities such as Core Banking, Digitization, Branch Modernization, Journey to Cloud, and Sustainability.
Responsibility:
- Advise our banking clients on strategy, digitalization, and implementation
- Develop, define, and implement strategies to help our clients solve their most critical problems within banking, such as digital transformation, platform replacements, sustainable finance
- Lead teams and projects, and coach and develop junior colleagues in the banking practice
- Be engaged in various projects with wide range of topics, from strategy to execution
- Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
- Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Min 10+ years of experience working with or within a banking or financial institution
- Min 4+ years of experience in management consulting from a competitive firm
- Passion and drive to work in Financial Services & Banking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- High drive, entrepreneurial attitude, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the client business issues
- Project management experience from Business or IT related change project
- Experience within Core Banking (CASA), Credit & Lending and Payments processes is highly meriting
