Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end.

  • Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design re design and or organization structure definition.

  • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to align with the client's needs.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements.

  • Ensure the Oracle HCM Cloud is fully integrated with other ERP modules and third-party applications, enabling streamlined operations

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.).

  • 7-10 years’ experience in complex Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP project implementation.

  • Holds relevant Oracle Certifications.

  • In-depth experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
