Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution.

  • Research, gather and synthesize information.

  • Perform Gap analysis and provide options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. 

  • Has sufficient knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.

  • Understands the importance and is able to design Oracle solutions integrated in the IT application landscape.

  • Defines test cases and perform testing to confirm that solution performs as per the business requirements.

  • Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.).

  • Holds relevant Oracle Certifications.

  • Has knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

  • Has 3 years of experience in delivering Oracle implementation projects.

  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
