Job Description

We are seeking a Senior-Level Solution Architect to drive the shaping, solutioning and delivery of the Digital HR Implementation project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing and implementing effective workforce solutions using your Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR expertise.

  • Analyze client needs, design solutions, and collaborate with project teams for success.

  • Work with client stakeholders to drive shaping of the Digital HR requirements and solution to address client business challenges

  • Craft customized workforce solutions leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR based on client requirements.

  • Craft customized workforce solutions leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR based on client requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs specific to workforce projects.

  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Over 10 years of experience on Oracle solutions. 

  • Has 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle.

  • Proficiency in configuring, implementing, customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to meet business requirements.
