Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Responsible for conducting business process analysis and design, requirements analysis, and business model strategy.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Conduct business process analysis and design to optimize the performance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Conduct requirements analysis to ensure that business needs are met.

  • Develop and implement business model strategies to optimize the performance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy will be advantageous.

  • Holds Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
