Job Description: Senior Developer - AML-MLS
Domain: Compliance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our Compliance team, focusing on AML-MLS (Anti-Money Laundering - Machine Learning Systems). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Big Data technologies, scripting, and database management, with additional experience in AML systems and functional knowledge. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AML transaction monitoring systems to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Big Data Development: Design and manage data pipelines using Hadoop tools like HDFS and Hive.
Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for workflow automation.
Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries for MariaDB and Oracle databases.
Application Deployment: Use JBoss for deploying and managing applications.
AML Compliance: Ensure solutions meet AML compliance standards with data integration and reporting.
Collaboration and Support: Analyze and resolve technical issues; support junior developers.
Qualifications
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of AML tools (Tookitaki), and programming in Java, Python, or PL/SQL.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 6–9 years in development roles, ideally in compliance or financial domains.
Technical Expertise:
Big Data: Proficiency in Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive.
Scripting: Advanced skills in Unix Shell Scripting (e.g., ksh, perl).
Database: Strong SQL skills for MariaDB and Oracle.
Application Servers: Hands-on experience with JBoss.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of AML processes and compliance requirements.
