Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for the project assigned.
- Tests new programs for conformance and usability.
- Interface and communicate with all departments and project teams to practice and maintain the QMS plan, guidelines and processes
- Conduct project quality assurance review on all project reports, presentations and other project document deliverables
- Conduct review on project team's compliance with QA processes
- Provide QA advisory in project execution and conduct risks and impacts assessment on project deliverables
- Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through high quality deliverables, excellent support and proactive engagement

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be well-organized, independent, initiative, detailed, meet committed deadlines, able to device strategy and action plan to meet objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead work teams.
- Demonstrated competency in execution of project in terms of software quality assurance.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- In-depth IT knowledge and experience in client/server and Web applications.
- Good leadership with situation handling and team player spirit
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry business practices (eg. CPG industry).
- Has knowledge of automation tools Has knowledge of automation script (C#, .NET) Has knowledge of SQL
