Job Description

Responsibilities As a SAP HCM Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP HR Payroll processes that align with the organization s goals and objectives. Your primary skill, HR Process Design, will be essential in this role. You will also need intermediate proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll to support payroll processing. Additionally, having beginner proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous. Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance the employee experience. Support payroll processing using SAP HCM Payroll. Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of HR processes.
