Job Description

  • Utilize data science techniques to analyze and interpret Engineering Risk data within the Murex/Risk System.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand risk management requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to support risk assessment and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Configure and customize the Murex/Risk System to align with engineering risk management strategies and objectives.
  • Implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in system analysis, data science, and risk management.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing data science techniques and tools within the Murex/Risk System environment.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server 2012, including database design, optimization, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem and its components.
  • Solid understanding of Windows 2012 operating system.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with Engineering Risk systems and methodologies.
  • Certification in data science, risk management, or related field.
