Job Description

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and possess strong functional knowledge in customer management processes. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support and enhance customer management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support customer management processes, including retail customer leads and service requests.
  • Gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Manage in-house production management and provide production support for customer management systems.
  • Review vendor solution code to troubleshoot and resolve production problem tickets, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a IT System Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in customer management modules.
  • Experience with in-house production management and production support for enterprise systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in reviewing vendor solution code and addressing production issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS for data integration and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with .NET framework and C programming language (preferred).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure (servers, databases, networks) and banking industry (preferred).
