Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop terraform scripts (with clear commentary in the code) for Landing Zone and migration candidate components.
- Well-versed in Azure DevOps. Able to prepare IaC as well as CI / CD pipelines for the creation of resources using Terraform in other Azure subscriptions and deploy code to resources in said subscriptions.
- Thorough understanding of DevOps processes, automation tools such as terraform and ansible, as well as culture within enterprise organizations.
- In depth knowledge of git, including commits, pull and merge requests, branching strategy and feature development.
- Strong knowledge of working with or developing terraform scripts and modules for multiple services on azure. Able to distinguish pros and cons between community and enterprise versions for terraform. Plus point if able to code on Aws as well.
- Able to develop IaC onboarding documents for migration acceleration and application deployment.
- Clear understanding of r&r / raci matrix for squads within large enterprises.
