What you do
It’s an intensely varied role. Part expert advisor. Part researcher. Part designer. Part domain specialist. Part project manager. It offers the chance to flex both the left and right sides of your brain. You solve all sorts of intellectual and technical business challenges. Across different industries, contexts, and scenarios.

How you do it
Your career entry point after graduation, your primary responsibility as an Analyst is to work with Consultants and Managers as a team. Together, you help brands, organizations, institutions, NGOs, and governments use technology to refine, reimagine and reinvent how they work and what they do.
At a high level, some of your main tasks could be to:
- Understand client goals: Translate strategic direction and objectives from clients into holistic strategies and actions.
- Define the right problem: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify root problems, causal factors, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Develop solutions: Optimize existing processes, or design new ones that enhance capabilities, increase efficiencies, drive transformation, and improve outcomes.
- Deliver solutions: Deploy Accenture methods, tools, resources, and assets to achieve intended outcomes, manage user reviews and stakeholder agreement meetings

  • University degree (Bachelor degree minimum)
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work in an environment of the creative projects focused to solve the business requirements of the client

​We seek juniors, who are highly motivated, able to grow quickly, are able to work under pressure. This has to be accompanied by outstanding academic record, leadership skill and ability to work in a team. Participation in our internship programs or similar like programs, or any experience with the jobs requiring analytical skills are the advantage.

You will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization. We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster. Learning takes place both on the job and through formal training conducted online, in the classroom, or in collaboration with teammates.
