OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
 
As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing, identifying and analyzing the relevancy and quality of each search engine’s result based on the query in accordance to the policies and guidelines set by the client. The objective for the Content Reviewer is to fulfill the base productivity and quality requirements of the client while providing insights and feedback related to the content. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviewing, labeling, analyzing the query and document results in accordance with the Guidelines
  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the work flow and provide insights on the content in queue to improve the process
  • Interface effectively with members of our rater teams to share best practices
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs and SLAs where every team member need to fulfill base productivity and quality requirements


Qualifications

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Strong reading and writing skills in the required language
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Vietnamese, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • With Minimum 18 months BPO/Call Center experience –
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Detail oriented with a focus on client requirements
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about active social media presence
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Able to adapt to change
 
Working Conditions
  • Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
  • Cyclical work shift including work hours at night and working on weekend
  • Overtime may be required
  • May review objectionable contents in a form of videos, photos, Ads, places and etc
 
Other skills
  • Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Enjoying challenging opportunities
  • Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in local language for Accenture interaction
  • Written and Fluent spoken ability to communicate in another project specific language for Client interaction if required on the position
  • Client industry experience is a plus
