This role entails developing partner relationships; through these engagements, you will

ensure our partners meet client’s integrity standards to maintain a sustainable

ecosystem on our platform.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing roles like account management

or sales. They’re a team player, can effectively work cross-functionally, and thrives in

dynamic work environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving engagement with developers and understanding their business.
  • Improving client experience by suggesting optimized product solutions to developers/publishers.
  • Validating developers' apps to ensure they are right citizens on social media platform.
  • Create a great experience for developers by helping them adhere to platform policies and adopt product best practices.
  • Represent client in external meetings via phone calls with executives from other companies.
  • Track and communicate key metrics and details as they relate to each partner.
  • Drive key business goals, performance metrics with developer partners.
  • Build awareness and drive adoption of developer platform products and programs.


Qualifications

Required Skills/Competencies/Experience

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like account management or customer relationship, and sales are preferred
  • Collaboration and relationship-building experience —with the experience developing working relationships at all levels of management
  • Master ONE of following native languages: Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/Portugese/Spanish/Russion
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Strong curiosity for product and technology
  • Passionate about gaming APP
