Working Location: Subang Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the Service Operations department to manage and make strategic changes to improve the overall performance of applications management (PIC common, dedicated and shared), infrastructure management (network, facilities and data centre), service desk management, end user computing, information management & control and ICT security operations. This involves incident, problem and request management, knowledge management, access management, event management, availability management and capacity management in alignment with SSC business strategy, mission and values. Responsible for leading the Information Management & Control, Applications Management, Infrastructure Management, ICT Security Operations and End User Computing sections and works closely with the Disaster Recovery Manager (Facilities Management Lead).


  1. Min Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
  2. Professional certifications in recognised IT industry certifications such as ITIL, CITM, CBCP or other certification is an added advantage.
  3. Certificate in Business Analysis is an added advantage.
  4. Minimum 10 - 15 years working experience in IT operations or management services in large scale projects, preferably in IT organisation.
  5. Knowledgeable in IT asset management.
  6. Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) systems such as BMC Remedy.
  7. Experienced in leading technical or service operations in multivendor environment, ERP and large data centres.
  8. Ability to define and chart technology strategies and directions for the business.
  9. Ability to design and implement ICT solution specifically in the areas of application and infrastructure management.
  10. Proven experience in driving innovation in digital platforms within an IT shared services environment
  11. Ability to recommend, design, implement and support the ICT solutions or disaster recovery (DR) systems that is relevant to the tower.
  12. Ability to analyse operational complexity and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  13. Ability to strategically analyse business and technology improvements which are beneficial to the organisation and drive the changes to achieve end results.
  14. Good understanding of operations and commercials of an ICT related organisation.
  15. Good command in English, both writing and speaking.  Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  16. Good presentation and communication skills are essential for the successful engagement of stakeholders and employees.
