Responsibilities:
  • This role is a function leader in driving efficient, well controlled, HR services with key focus on risk & compliance, global process documentation, continuous improvements and best excellence.
  • This position will be driving transformation and streamline operations performance of key HR activities to support global activities.
  • Responsible for implementing processes which will ensure local and global compliances, providing reliable HR services with laws, regulations and corporate policies.
  • Deploy HR internal control framework, assess/identify/report risk, manage governance process change monitor and improve HR Controls.
  • Develop sustainable training methodology for execution of various HR and control processes, and new joiner onboarding knowledge management, and ensure team is well trained.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Capital, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR designation with leading a large team experience, and preferably with at least 2 years’ experience of leading controls/compliance.
  • Strong HR operational experience with very good technical knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience driving start-up in BPO environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of continuous improvement, process optimization, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Deep understanding of process documentations.
  • Business analysis mindset and comfortable to work with issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage client issues.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Resilience and demonstrated change volatility and ability to navigate him/her and team through uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and use technology to improve process and control.
  • English and Mandarin proficiency.
  • Payroll experience is a plus
