  • The PMO Manager supports the account management team in executing the BPO Global Account Governance including the following areas: Resource Management, Special Projects Management, Financials Management, Change Management, Governance Standardization across a Global team, Client Expectation Management. Responsibilities may include the development and execution of account governance processes, process improvement, collaboration between both internal and client global teams, data analysis, and account documentation / reporting. 


  • Drive Global Standardization:  Support in the review of existing processes, and work with Account team / Client to implement effective global governance.
  • Create Deliverables:  Experienced in creating a variety of different documentation; from Client facing Presentations to excel templates that enable team to collect, analyze, and present key findings from a global team.
  • Meeting Facilitation:  Document key notes and action items, distribute both internally and client facing, proactively drive for action item results and resolution.
  • Resource Management:  Support the Account team with management of onboarding, off boarding, and update of all resources; ensuring that all internal/client requirements are met
  • Team Support:  Collaborate with Delivery Leads, IT Leads, and Team Leads on a variety of processes / projects to ensure seamless execution of governance processes.
  • Special Projects Management:  Manage special projects to improve Account Governance / Management. Change Management:  Work with Several different internal teams to manage current Change Processes with existing account services.
  • Process Improvement:  Continuously assess our current processes to find areas for improvement or efficiencies.
  • Financials Management: Screen financial reports to ensure alignment with goals and targets
  • Ad Hoc Requests:  Ensure strong understanding of required priorities while supporting ad hoc requests when possible.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree – focus in Business/Finance
  • 12+ year project management and/or project coordination experience
  • 10+ years of experience with MS Office (advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills)
  • 10+ years in a financial analysis experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Preferred Skills
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Program, Project Management and Service Management Experience
  • Prior Experience working for innovative technology company
  • 1+ years of Process Improvement Experience
