Accenture RTM requires a solution consultant who will partner with the Sales team on our Route to Market Solutions and Services.
Solution Consultant are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for our Customers

1. Accenture NewsPage and Route to Market Solution Consultant
2. Demonstrate the Accenture Route to Market solution (products and services) tailored according to the audience, to showcase business value and how we help them solve problems and make key strategic decisions
3. Must be able to articulate product positioning at the executive and business levels
4. Must work well in a team environment
5. Will set up and maintain software solution to deliver targeted, persona-based, business driven presentations
6. Be an expert with respect to the competition and clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of the platform
7. Present Accenture Route to Market solutions and products virtually, in-person, at industry events and conferences etc.
8. Conduct discovery sessions, present solution designs and give best practice recommendations
9. Work with multiple sales team members to demonstrate product capabilities to Consumer Goods industry stakeholders
10. Create interactive discussion with prospective customers to get them talking about their problem statements and challenges and be able to respond with product demonstration that showcases how we can help them
11. Attend client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer's current and future states and positive business outcomes
12. Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a business expert
13. Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
14. Creates compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer's required capabilities
15. Partner closely with our Professional Services / Delivery team to ensure continuity of customer experience
16. Assists Sales in the response to RFXs / Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
17. Distill and communicate prospect and customer needs and feedback to Product Management
18. Willing to travel


1. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, including a dynamic and engaging presentation style that inspires confidence
2. 1-2 years of presales experience at a Software company OR 5+ years of experience working at a brand or agency / Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutions
3. Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
4. Have a demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
5. Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and grow as a professional
6. Expertise in the Technology, Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industries is a plus
7. Expertise in Trade Promotions is a plus
8. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
