Overall Purpose of Job:
  • Manage the relationship/operations of account receivable. This is done via SLAs achievement, reviews, and reporting tools & issue management.
  • Support the leadership and management in client and internal metrics management through analysis of issues & data.
  • Mature handling of issues between stakeholders and highlighting key problems in a timely manner
  • Will be responsible for the management of a team of agents, for single or multiple clients that continuously strives to enhance operating practices and deliver value added opportunities to optimize the effective provision of client service.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Will be responsible for client delivery. Should have sound knowledge about the function and will be accountable for the client satisfaction and employees under his process.
  • Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous experience in order to provide a differentiated service.
  • Ensure delivery of commercial aspects as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.) to agreed SLA’s on a daily basis.
  • Implement process improvements, initiate and design business process excellence improvements.
  • Design and implement the procedures and principles for how the team will operate on a daily basis.
  • Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation.
  • Identification and implementation of procedural and policy improvements on an ongoing basis in order to deliver differentiated levels of service.
  • Team Management Lead and manage the operations team Accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines /quality standards
  • Allocate resources and responsibilities within team to deliver business results.
  • Staff planning to meet service requirements and involvement in recruitment process as necessary
  • Accountable for ongoing management of effective client service relationship within own area of responsibility, by acting as focal point of contact with senior client representatives.
Educational AND Other Requirements:
  • Previous accounting experience/studies in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Mandarin for Accenture interaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and administration skills
  • Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Able to work on a flexible basis as determined by the business needs
  • Knowledge in Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP 730, CIM/JIT, or Syteline is an added advantage.
