About The Role

Your duties as a STUDIO MANAGER are as follows:

Together with the company’s senior management, you will be responsible with assisting, developing and managing the systems, roles and processes for the following key areas:
Traffic / Project Coordination:
  • Traffic in-coming projects by manage work in-take from multiple business requestors
  • Established as a brand expert who understands how all of the Studio's work aligns to brand and marketing goals
  • Assess the scope of such requests against criteria such as; complexity, fit with studio objectives and capacity
  • Prioritize, plan, sequence and schedule the work across the studio team
  • Identify opportunities to expedite project delivery and reduce cost
  • Communicates any unresolved problems or possible timeline issues, along with recommended actions for correction
Recruitment Management:
  • Partner with HR and Studio team members to build and execute effective sourcing strategies & approaches to harvest the best talent for the studio
  • Work with HR team to source, interview, and place professionals for all positions throughout the studio
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates in consideration of upcoming projects
  • Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
Basic Financial Management:
  • Assist in basic financial processes such as ensuring that outgoing invoices are issued, and payments are received in a timely and accurate manner
  • Processing of incoming / outgoing tenders / quotations
  • Process outgoing payments
  • Consolidate & prepare outgoing payments
  • Prepare finance reporting support when needed
Corporate / Office Administration
  • Build a studio culture by organizing studio welfare activities
  • Work with other corporate functions (e.g. office facilities department, IT department) to studio administrative needs are met
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • 5+ years prior experience working in an agency operations management environment
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising industries
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in busy environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary, with strong presentation skills a plus
  • Capable of working proactively with multiple departments to achieve results
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel a must
