Responsibilities/Authorities
 
Main accountabilities:
 
  • Performs Workforce Management support functions for Operations
  • Analyze work volume patterns to determine trends
  • Develop and adjust employee schedules and rotations to meet the work volume demand on each day
  • Communication to stakeholders of performance and challenges i.e. providing direction, guidelines, performance update to hit service level goals, making suggestions for corrections to any issues
  • To manage real time management, service level adherence, and capacity planning for the team.
  • Report staffing needs and performance issues impacting service levels on a timely manner, and recommend solutions to close gaps
  • Needs to work collaboratively with the group to ensure that service levels are met and proper staffing levels are adhered to.
  • The WFM will calibrate with Business Organization capacity planning teams to lock on short term forecasts (weekly), and long term forecasts and headcount planning (monthly). These calibration meetings will take place daily/weekly, as needed
Requirements:
 
  • Team development and leadership
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process. Good facilitation skills are required.
  • Relationship management - build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Strong persuasive skills and Self driven approach.
  • Outstanding people management skills
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing Services offered for Brand Promotions.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any Domain
  • 8+ years of team management experience managing
