Responsibilities:
 
Individual will need to equip with deep functional experts within the operational/ business excellence knowledge which would drive initial and long-term service improvement through the implementation of industry with leading practices, tools, processes and enablers.
 
Job scopes includes:
 
  • Ensuring operational and business excellence throughout the initial, transition and stability of on-going services within the SSC.
  • Define and establish process metrics and controls.
  • Deploy Operational Maturity Framework & the leading business excellence and innovation to our clients
  • Identify and address potential risks/ failure modes by resolving it with leading practices, tools & processes.
  • Analyze Processes End to End and Drive Process diagnostics using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to identify process improvements.
  • Define and identify roadmap for continuous service improvements, Cost reduction, Automation and Projects to improve client Business Outcomes.
  • Interact and collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end process and service improvement projects & Business Outcomes.
Requirements:
 
  • Graduated with a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business-related degree.
  • Have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Have at least 4 to 8 years of overall working experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt trained or Certifified (preferable).
  • Certification in Lean and other quality practices (i.e., Kaizen etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Have prior experience in shared services/ call center industry (preferable).
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and techniques essential.
  • Have worked in a BPO-Operational Excellence or similar function.
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation and Tools and experience in Solutioning design and project management of Automation Projects.
  • Strong Analytical and Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation  & Project Management skills.
  • Change Management & Influencing Skills
  • Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate.
