Job Description:
 
  • To provide product support to users of a global social media company via email, phone, chat and any future support channels.
  • Located in downtown KL.
  • Open minded and be willing to work in shifts hours if required and for any five days out of one week.
Requirements:
 
  • Excellent professional level Read and Verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience, preferably in customer service/ call center/ BPO industry.
  • Incredible communicator.
  • Problem solver, able to multi-task, think creatively and escalate issues and ideas to solve these issues.
  • Strong customer/user focus with the desire to help and put users and partners first.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient social media user.
  • Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
