We are looking to hire highly capable digital marketers for a hands-on Google AdWords role. You have three to four years of relevant experience and are an all-rounder when it comes to Google AdWords. You are comfortable proposing high-level strategy as well as executing various account-related activities such as building successful keyword campaigns (both Search & Display), driving performance using relevant levers, analysing key reports and taking required actions, and providing ideas to grow and scale challenging accounts. You are fairly comfortable with the Search, Display, Mobile and YouTube suite of products and are keen to maximise your Google AdWords knowledge and utilise it to its full potential. This is an operations role in which you will work with a large team and partner with experts to grow and excel.
Key Requirements:
  1. Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with a strong academic record
  2. 3-4 years of relevant Google AdWords experience
  3. Google Certified Professional with a certificate that is valid for a minimum of 6 months. The following exams ought to be completed  - AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Mobile Advertising, and Video Advertising
  4. Exposure to international clients/accounts (US/UK/CA/APAC etc.) highly preferable
  5. Experience in implementing optimization solutions, creating keyword packs, and providing bid and budget recommendations for AdWords accounts/clients
  6. Knowledge of various AdWords reports to gather and analyse data at a campaign and account level. Also, should be able to provide reports in order to supplement optimization recommendations or incremental opportunities.
  7. Capable of strategic and goal-driven optimization techniques tailored to a client's’ requirements (branding, customer acquisition, lead generation or online sales) using AdWords Search, Display, Mobile, and YouTube products
  8. Intermediate knowledge of AdWords Editor
  9. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated proficiency with written English & excellent spoken English
  10. Highly detail-oriented and capable of learning in a fast-paced environment
  11. Demonstrated capability for critical thinking with an analytical outlook
  12. Able to work on a flexible schedule
  13. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
  14. Committed to high-quality customer service
  15. Strong work ethic and capable of working individually as well as in a larger team
