Overview 
The incumbent of this role must be able to perform Employee Data Management activities in timely manner to ensure all the SLAs are met. The incumbent should be able to think out of the box and challenge the existing process to ensure continuous improvement.
 
Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain Employee life cycle data updates in system
  • Report generation including prepare audit and quarter / year-end reports
  • Manage Service Issues and escalations and analyze root cause of issues for accurate and timely service delivery
  • Weekly and Monthly MIS to be managed and inputs to be given to Operation Manager.
  • To manage system downtime & system issues data and escalate to appropriate sources
  • Manage all process documentation and keep checking for updates to maintain LWI'S per current process flows.
  • Maintain recruitment data in the system and coordinating recruitment process
  • Responsible for learning activities and materials distribution assigned by the Learning Administration Lead
  • Maintain compensation and benefits data in the system
  • Receive and resolve Employee queries over email and phone
Education Qualification
Graduated with a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business/ Social Sciences related degree
 
Working Experience
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing HR-related task
  • Exposure to BPO or call center industry (optional)
  • Must be able to communicate/read/write in Mandarin
