Job Summary
 Manage the effort for reporting, analyzing and forecasting the critical business activities for the Area Porfolio Finance Lead (APFL), Operating Unit Managing Director and Operating Unit Director of Operations
 Liaise regularly with Corporate shared resources teams and work directly with OU Finance teams in support of areas of responsibility
Key Responsibilities
 Manage the end of month financials (net income statement, sales & backlog, inventory & receivables, etc.) including preparation for periodic Operational Calls with Operating Units
 Manage the Forecasting, Planning and Targeting deliverables (monthly and quarterly), including scheduling calls/business review dates,
 Develops efforts (forecasting, planning, and reporting) related to Global Programs for the Operating Group, collaborating with leadership partners for guidance on industry and initiatives
 Compile, advise, and assess the presentation of materials for State of the Business meetings, Other Leadership meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews with Accenture leadership
 Lead and coordinate efforts around recovery of margin dilution on existing contracts.
 Coordinate and follow the NCC with COE team and CSG Finance lead,
 Oversee MD&I investment budgets, update and escalate to reflect current business position and strategic direction of the GU, organise MD&I submission in SMS
 Manage the efforts to develop and deliver ad hoc analysis as required, e.g. subcontractor costs, cost to serve, business development, cost management etc.
 Ensure the delivery of Internal Controls and SEC requirements, and other external requirements (10Q/10K, quarterly audits, MD&A)
 Supervise and develop other members of the OU APAC finance team.
 Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
 Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc:
 Work Experience: 8+ years relevant work experience

 Internal Accenture Finance Systems; Chart of Accounts; GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles); General Ledger; Recurring / Repeating Journal Entries; Budgeting and Forecasting; Financial Analysis; KPI (Key Performance Indicator); EVA (Economic Value Analysis)
 Knowledge of ACN finance tools is a + (MME, GPS, ….)
 Advanced Excel skills
 Power Point
