Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. Business Consultant must be able to provide professional services in terms of project management and coordination, project implementation and project support. This includes coordinating deliverables base on project plan, software implementation, troubleshooting, providing support services, technical presentation and customer training. The individual will be required to handle a broad range of technical issues and problems of varying scope and complexity in a timely and cost-effective manner. In addition, he will need to maintain close customer relationship to explore and identify potential areas for service development.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing low/medium complexity projects.
• Report progress and risks regularly to management group.
• Responsible for the implementation of the project execution plan, the monitoring and control of the schedule and coordination with multiple disciplines, vendors and third parties.
• Gathers and oversees the various technical elements that comprise the work force of the project.
• Good knowledge and understanding of project execution plan and project procedures.
• Oversees the administration of the daily activities of the project and of making sure that the project is finished on time and within budget.
• Acts as the technical liaison between the project and the client
