Are the retailers meeting the needs of customers when buying from mobile devices? What should the industry do to keep up?
According to the recent study Accenture Adaptive Retail, the result of a survey of more than 10,000 consumers in 13 countries and a comparative analysis on a sample of 162 distribution companies of various kinds in 10 countries, among which includes Mexico; retail companies have the need to adopt a shopping experience connected and integrated to its customers.
The number of consumers who made purchases from mobile devices grew to 40% in the last year, compared with 36% in 2014. The number of buyers who demand more services also grew, up to 47% compared with 40% last year.
