Requisitos
Salesforce Business Analyst Sr. (CL10)
Certifications
At least 2 certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (nice to have)
Experience:
4+ Years hands-on experience
- 4+ Years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise implementations.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops (JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, process mapping).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience defining complex user stories, business process flows, and solution design documentation.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience supporting integrations (understanding APIs, middleware concepts – functional perspective).
- Lead UAT cycles, manage backlog prioritization, and work closely with Product Owners.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication in English & Spanish.
- Ability to mentor junior BAs.
