Requisitos
Entry level position: Newly graduated students are welcome to apply (IT, Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Accounting)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to collaborate with client counterparts and project teams. Able to break down problems into manageable components.
Effective communication skills: Candidates should be comfortable asking questions, actively participating in group discussions and collaborative projects. Good written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Abilities: Proactive, willing to learn.
Advanced English: (spoken and written)
Candidates must live in Monterrey or its surrounding area. Part of the trainings will be conducted from the Monterrey office, with an expectation to be in-office at least 3 times per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest and exposure on at least one of the following:
Inventory management, manufacturing and production, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and Transportation Management processes
Foundational knowledge in finance and accounting concepts such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Asset Accounting.
Human resources, capital management and/or Payroll tools and processes
Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and transform them into a Business Process in SAP
Work on a global, collaborative environment, to ensure SAP applications meet and surpass user expectations
Design technical documentation and specifications
Work closely with client SMEs and users
Develop test scenarios, support execution, and resolve defects
Coordinate user-acceptance testing
Prepare and deliver training materials
