Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse and growing portfolio of high-value advertisers and agency partners
- Effective, strategic prioritization of your book of business to achieve acquisition, retention and upsell targets
- Establish advertiser trust through an expert understanding of your clients business objectives and consultative, solutions-based selling
- Demonstrate platform and product expertise across creative, media and measurement
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience pre-through-post sale including strategy, launch and optimization support
- Provide real-time, data-driven performance insights and recommendations to drive upsell, share-shift opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Sales targets and demonstrate consistent Y/Y growth
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience working in digital media, preferably digital ad sales
- Self-motivated seller who proactively seeks out new opportunities to grow their book of business
- Expert understanding of Digital advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and Sales cycles
- Able to identify and influence key decision makers, manage high-value relationships
- Develop and execute strategic learning agendas using cutting edge data and insights
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast revenue
- Exhibit autonomy and teamwork capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Experience working with both Agency and Client direct is preferred
