Key responsibilities include:
Understand the roadmap, business requirements, measures of success and features for your products and services and help executives to deliver these to market.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the connected car application.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, and create detailed documentation including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders facilitating clear communication and understanding.
Solution Design: Support Client team (UX team, SMEs and developers) to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with technical capabilities.
Project Management: Assist product owner and account manager in preparing decks for application release roadmap, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of the application releases.
User Acceptance Testing and Validation: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that the application meets quality standards.
Customer Call Centre Training and Support: Develop training materials & walk through decks for customer care personnels and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new enhancements and issues in existing application.
Backlog Cleaning.
Confluence Pages Maintenance.
Create consensus for your functional area vision both internally and with key partner teams.
Demonstrate strategic thinking to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models.
Effectively communicate and present to share updates with key stakeholders.
Requisitos
Preferred Experience
Language: Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering/IT; MBA is a Plus
Availability to travel may be required.
Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore / Offshore model.
Conduct requirements gathering and collaborated with cross functional teams (engineering, business, user experience) to identify research objectives and plan user research activities.
Understanding of the V model and toolchain across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum Framework), Simulation Testing Solutions, and Engineering Methods & Tools.
Co-ordinated with internal and external stakeholders for product compliance to functional safety standards specific to automotive industry, such as ISO 26262 and SS 7740.
Design ADAS Safety Components (Diagnostics, airbag, SDV) using modelling tools (MATLAB/SIMULINK).
Hands on experience in Software Development (C, C++, C#, JAVA, Phyton) of Embedded Systems that enable connectivity between embedded products / infrastructure for real-time data exchange, including compliance and regulatory aspects.
Thorough understanding of network protocols and IoT / Smart connected Products Industry Standards for data acquisition.
Familiar with at least one IOT platform end-to-end (AWS IOT / Azure IOT).
Familiar with at least one Test Management Tool (X-ray, Zephir) to create and manage test cases.
Basic knowledge in Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
Good understanding of emerging technologies: IOT/AI/ ML/ Edge Computing/ Blockchain.
In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging Smart Connected Products design and development technologies, with industry automation tools and where the market and technology are pointing.
Understanding of communication protocols (Bluetooth, CANoe, RS232/RS485, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet and Wireless).
Experience in UI and HMI design and testing for infotainment and control systems to benchmark the various features in worldwide available connected cars.
Experience in application development and testing experience for mobile app platforms and bare metal development for automotive applications.
Understood cybersecurity practices, principles and standards.
Support the front or backend development teams for implementing an incremental feature in Connected Car application.
Root Cause analysis for quality issues using continuous improvement tools like DFMEA, FMEA, Kanban, Fishbone, 5S, develop and implement countermeasure action against the findings.
