We are building a dynamic talent pool for professionals who are skilled in JavaScript and hold at least the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Customize Solutions: Create tailored solutions within ServiceNow by writing efficient and scalable JavaScript code, configuring forms, and extending platform capabilities to meet diverse business needs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions aligned with best practices.
- Maintain Platform Integrity: Ensure the performance, stability, and security of ServiceNow configurations while adhering to platform governance and design principles.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and features to continuously improve existing implementations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimizing platform operations and user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, HR, ITAM, ITOM, IRM or CSM modules.
- Additional certifications (e.g. CAD, ITSM).
