Requisitos
L2/L3 Support
- Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
-Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required.
- Advanced Level of English.
Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Apex is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce for Visualforce and Salesforce Lightning are suggested.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud
Provide technical expertise and support in Salesforce Service Cloud customization and integration
Conduct regular system maintenance and performance optimization for Salesforce Service Cloud applications
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
