What Would You Do?
The role involves leading the RTR, Tax, and/or Treasury Team. Responsibilities include ensuring the team understands business and client requirements, addressing questions, and resolving issues. The role requires analyzing and solving moderately complex problems and often creating new solutions by leveraging or adapting existing methods and procedures. An understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals is necessary. The primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or team leads, and the role generally involves interacting with peers and/or management levels at a client and within Accenture. It requires minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. The role also entails managing medium-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture if in an individual contributor role.
Roles & Responsibility
Manage the team's daily activities, ensuring efficient processing and effective teamwork.
Ensure timely execution of month-end close tasks and meeting SLA targets.
Explain how your team's work adds value to internal and external clients.
Manage work within allocated budgets to support economic value creation.
Ensure that the right actions are taken to meet objectives and achieve client outcomes.
Proactively ensure that team tasks are completed on time and error-free.
Balance and prioritize activities to address critical items.

Requisitos
Core Skills
- SAP Knowledge/Expertise SAP preferred
- Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and a good understanding of controls, policies, compliance, and process efficiency
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
- Strong teamwork and customer support skills
- Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
- +6 years of experience
- A high level of proficiency in English is required
