The SAP TM resource requires hands-on experience in SAP TM to lead and support the development of SAP TM Functional, Technical and Integration design document. As well as support and perform the configuration of SAP TM solution. As well the interaction of SAP TM and SAP S4
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient transportation and yard management capabilities, as well as aligning business planning processes with strategic objectives to align with the client roadmap.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives
Hands-on experience in SAP TM to lead and support the development of SAP TM Functional, Technical and Integration design document
Define KPI’s and metrics, strategies to measure and optimize them for our clients
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Fulfillment and leverage this knowledge to enhance our consulting offerings.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering/Industrial Distribution, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
10 years plus with multiple SAP TM implementations
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively convey complex concepts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred if candidate has relevant Supply Chain certifications
Availability to travel may be required.
