This is a “tier 3” helpdesk role, which serves as an “Admin’s Admin” function; this role is critical to ensuring all client documentation, incident awareness/readiness, and knowledge management processes are executed consistently.
Responsibilities:
Reviews the current technology landscape and integration.
Close all service catalog requests within SLA.
Maintain CSOD certifications.
Responsible in performing the daily activities to maintain the Learning Management System.
Assisting training administrators and users, maintaining system standards, keeping the system up to date with eLearning content, class schedules, and managing training matrices.
Will also create and run reports, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot system and course issue.
Requisitos
+6 years of LMS experience
Cornerstone certified is a plus
Fluent in English
