How will your everyday be?

• Participate in large global programs which help financial (mainly in North America and LATAM) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.

• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects focusing on Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure for large financial institutions across the world.

• Our practitioners possess a good mix of capital markets industry and consulting skills and have been involved in defining strategy, designing operating model & processes, and supporting implementation for building high performance banks across the world. We have a strong focus across Customer and employee experience, Middle- and back-office transformation, Digital assets ecosystem enablement, Technology transformation, ESG investing data and sustainability, Future workforce and skills for large global financial institutions across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Bring in your technological expertise and a global perspective to enable banks and payment providers take bold steps to thrive and be future-ready

• Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.

• Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.

• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.

• Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement the plans as defined

• Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.

• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market
